Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 243

The comedy reaches its grand finale as Takaba delivers his last great routine, pouring everything he has into the performance. With Kenjaku fully trapped in the act, Yuta Okkotsu emerges from hiding and delivers the killing blow, ending the ancient sorcerer’s schemes for good. Takaba collapses, his part in the war complete, a quiet smile on his face.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 243, “Foolish Survivor—Laughing It Up—”, closes Takaba’s arc with warmth and dignity. The man who only wanted to make people laugh saved the world with comedy. As Yuta departs for Shinjuku, Takaba rests — a foolish survivor who lived on his own terms to the very end.
